Roof Repair

Dear Owners.

The roof is a common property. This is duty of the management to do the repair.

In order to make the management to do their job effective, we need the cooperation of the

all owners/tenants, we need to know the details of the leakage. So, when you do the complaint, you need to tell the exact lacation of the leakage. Please provide a sketch showing the area affected.

Generally, the repair take one or two trips of the repairman time. Sometimes, this will drag on for many months. Therefore, you assistance is needed. please listen to the repiarman request for your assistance if any.
